E-scooter Repairs From £24
We perform repairs on a wide range of e-scooter makes and models and have performed over 1000 repairs since we opened our workshop in Soho. Sometimes it’s a simple fix – a new tyre or replacing a broken light – but if it’s a mechanical mystery our expert technicians come into their own. We charge £1+VAT per minute of mechanical labour and aim for a same day fix.
NB: Unfortunately we do not have a huge amount of space to store repaired e-scooters in our workshop after repairs have been completed. After 3 days have passed after repair Soho Scooters reserves the right to charge a £5 a day storage fee unless a later collection has been agreed.

Xiaomi Electric Scooter Repair
We are specialists in Xiaomi electric scooter repairs. We work on all Xiaomi models and can handle all kinds of repairs, upgrades and customisations. We work exclusively with fully compatible premium parts suitable for Xiaomi models, whether it be a Xiaomi M365 tire replacement, a Xiaomi M365 motor replacement or any other type of repair. Ninebot Electric Scooter Repair
We are experts in Ninebot electric scooter repairs, servicing and upgrades. We work on all Segway-Ninebot models including the ES1, ES2, E22E and the Max G30. Diagnose and quote
Our E-scooter engineers will ascertain the problem and give you a rough quote for the work before proceeding. More complex diagnostics are charged at £25 for the time it takes to understand the problem.
Fast fixes
We aim to have your repair completed on the same day provided we have the parts and capacity to get the work done. Occasionally it can take a little more but we will always contact you to let you know how things are progressing.
Repairs FAQs
- How long do e-scooter repairs take?
We'll always aim to have you back on the road same day. However, more complex repairs can take more time. We'll always let you know up front how long the job is likely to take. In instances where we do not have the parts for a particular model we may ask you to order the part and we can fix it on for you.
- How much do e-scooter repairs cost?
Repairs start from £18 for a simple fix if you have the necessary part. Sometimes a diagnostic check (charged at £25) is required to fully understand the problem. In some cases it doesn't make economic sense for you to spend a great deal to fix your e-scooter and we will always give you our honest opinion on what is best for you. Our technicians are charged at &15+VAT for every 15 minutes of their time.
All repairs vary in price due to a number of factors around the general state of the device and the make and model itself. We will be as transparent as possible before we undertake any repairs so you know what you can expect to pay. - What type of e-scooters do you repair?
We aim to work on as many brands and models of e-scooter on the market. We can get parts for Xiaomi, Ninebot Segway, Inokim, Kaabo, Inmotion, Unagi, Dualtron and some other well known brands. We are seeing more and more "clones" that require very specific parts to repair and cannot always promise we can fix the issue.
